Lowell’s Moving & Storage is hoping to add hard-working, qualified office installers to our company! We offer competitive wages and paid holidays, opportunities to travel outside Vermont for jobs, and a positive work environment. The right person for this job will have a valid driving license and clean driving record. You must have the ability to lift more than 75 pounds and work full days involving manual labor. Hours are generally Monday through Friday from 7-4, but sometimes will involve earlier and/or later hours. Occasional weekend work may be necessary depending on demand and workload. We are very interested in hiring someone with prior install experience with products such as Herman Miller and or Steelcase, but will train the right person that shows talent and ability. We’re particularly interested in someone that has experience with office cubicles (assembly and breakdown) and is proficient in reading blueprints! Lowell’s has an exceptional reputation in the community and we are looking for someone who will help us maintain that image.

Job responsibilities may include…

  • Preparing and packing items for residential or commercial moves
  • Loading and unloading residential and commercial goods and furniture
  • Assembling and installing furniture in commercial properties

  • Display a pleasant and professional attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean driving record while employed
  • Have experience with furniture assembly
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be dependable, punctual, and an all-around team player
